Vantage Optimized provides Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization services for local businesses, including free profile audits and flat-fee, no-contract optimization packages, as described on our Site.

Requesting a free Google Business Profile audit does not create any obligation to purchase services. There is no charge for the audit, and you may decline any subsequent offer without penalty.

- Payment is processed securely through Stripe and/or PayPal.

- Full payment (or any deposit specified at the time of purchase) is due as described on our sales page prior to work beginning, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Due to the nature of our services, time and expertise applied to optimize your Google Business Profile, we do not offer monetary refunds once work has begun. However, your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not satisfied with the work performed, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will provide one round of revisions to address your concerns at no additional charge.

We work to optimize your Google Business Profile using current best practices. However, Google's search algorithms and local ranking factors are controlled by Google and subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee specific rankings, visibility, review counts, or customer outcomes as a result of our services.

To provide our services, we may require access to, or accurate information about, your Google Business Profile. You are responsible for providing accurate business information and for maintaining appropriate access/ownership of your Google Business Profile account.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and branding — is the property of Vantage Optimized and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vantage Optimized shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or services, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or data.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate an engagement at our discretion, including in cases of non-payment, misuse of our services, or violation of these Terms.
